Orders
Every order is confirmed by email with an order number and a private link you can use to track it. Orders are fulfilled once payment is confirmed.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled securely by PayPal; we never store your payment credentials.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–5 business days. Free US shipping applies to orders over $150.
Returns
30-day no-questions returns. Return an item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Warranty
Bows are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 years from the date of purchase.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
The store may not be used for fraudulent orders or abusive behaviour. We may cancel orders that breach these terms and refund any payment taken.
